If someone has a new tattoo don’t fucking touch it or slap at it asking them if it hurts to gauge their pain or whatever macho bullshit you’re trying to pull. Because news flash, it probably WILL hurt because a tattoo is a goddamn open wound. Also, you might be dislodging scabs that are healing which leads to a loss of color, and new tattoo-ees have to be extremely vigilant about keeping their tattoos clean and moisturized because again, OPEN WOUND that is extremely vulnerable to infection.
