YAY RAMEN
For folks who really get into ramen there’s also the blog The Ramen Rater, with comprehensive reviews of the quality of noodles, broth, and whatever else comes with a pack or cup.
Lately, I’ve been loving stirring a couple of raw beaten eggs into a base of tonkotsu (Sapporo Ichiban makes one with chicken, and it’s SO GOOD) or gomtang/seollontang (Paldo’s amazing for that) and adding leeks. It’s so comforting.
Yo my sister taught me how to do this, and like, it’s amazing how much better it is.
>all of the game pieces are stuck T-posing; even the non-humanoid pieces
>game board texture is missing
>one of the rules states that one player must ask the previous one if they’ve been to the Cloud District recently
>roll the dice
>it just stops right before it hits the board and begins violently vibrating and clipping through my table before launching out of my window and killing my neighbor across the street
>charged with reckless manslaughter and must serve 10 years without parole
Every listicle about which Star Wars characters go in which Hogwarts houses is bullshit. They always make Leia a Ravenclaw or a Gryffindor. Leia is a Slytherin. She was raised a princess but even that wasn’t enough for her, she was like “I’m gonna overthrow the government, bitches.”
And Han Solo is not a bad-ass Slytherin, he is a Hufflepuff, because every five minutes he is dropping his own agenda to help his friends not die doing whatever crazy shit they’re about to do.
The biggest Gryffindor in the whole trilogy is R2D2, because every beep of his can basically be translated as “Hold my beer and watch this,” usually followed by him getting zapped by something and falling over.
leia organa and narcissa malfoy would have so much to talk about as long as the subject was ‘my idiot fucking family (who i have to bail out constantly)’
how come there isnt a single college professor out there that realizes the address bar on chrome doubles as a google search. every time i see a professor open chrome and then type in google.com i lose 2 days off my life span
this post is making college professors mad every time i get a notification on this post and its a professor upset that theyve been Called Out i just gain back 2 days of my lifespan so keep it up, i might eventually regain all the days i lost watching yall try to figure out how to use The Internet
Also people don’t seem to notice autocomplete happening so they laboriously type the whole thing even though it’s RIGHT THERE JUST HIT ENTERRRRRRR
Bonus round: college professors not realizing the YouTube autoplay so every damn time you finish watching a video the whole class has to painstakingly watch the timer run out and then the professor is shocked when the next video starts playing
Found a book that summarizes literature and literary figures in text form, and the Byron one might be the best thing to ever happen.
I’ve seen posts joking about how hard it must be to guess what internet culture is next going to find funny. As if to prove the point, here we see tumblr taking a break from Cask of Amontillado references to return to its intermittent habit of dragging Lord Byron.
