it only occurred to me today how stressed and anxious I was as a kid learning about climate change and waste disposal and how so many adults would laugh or brush me off when I tried telling them about it like it was just one of those cute child obsessions or whatever and how SO MANY people of the same generation now yell at me for offering them a plastic bag at work
