1 & ½ cup non dairy milk (I used unsweetened almond but whatever you want should work)
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup red wine of choice
Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan and then add non dairy milk.
Wisk over medium low heat until smooth and add cream.
Mix until well combined and warm
Remove from heat and add wine mixing well.
The non dairy milk should not curdle with the wine and the cream should be fatty enough to avoid it while adding richness to the hot cocoa. I think it’s pretty darn tasty. Enjoy!
