If you can’t, marijuana is a muscle relaxant and is very effective at killing the pain. Opiates such as tramadol and codeine are anti-spasmodics and can help. Some anti nausea drugs such as ondansetron are anti-spasmodics and can help. Diclofenac helps.
If one of the medications doesn’t work, keep trying others, all of the
painkillers I have listed do not interact with each other and can be
taken simultaneously.

Really fricken hot heatpacks can help. For some people a silicone dildo which has been in the freezer then placed internally can help (watch out for frostbite, test by holding it in your mouth for a minute, then wash and insert.).

Please note that these will all treat the symptoms but will not save you from the bleeding, infection, scarring and adhesions endometriosis and cysts can cause. If you get a fever you must get antibiotics or you can die.
