Some people are really offended when I don’t wave back or acknowledge their nod when we happen to pass on the street but like…

If my glasses aren’t ON, you literally have to be half a foot away from me and talking for me to know it’s you.

And sometimes even then I’m not totally sure who I’m talking to, don’t be offended.

I’m blind and I’m terrible with faces, names, and people in general. Have mercy.

I think about story plots to write when I walk so I’m completely oblivious to my surroundings. 😂

I have music in my ears and movies playing in my head.

So my eyes are both poor overall and emotionally distracted.
